Building an A-Frame Sign with 80/20

Posted by Shelby Yates on

Do you need to level up your signage game? 80/20 T-Slot aluminum framing can create a sturdy and stylish A-frame sign that stands out from the crowd.

Parts you will need for the build:
10 Series Profile
6120 - 10 Series Access Hole Drill Jig
3381 - 10 Series End Fastener
6030 - "T" Handle Ball End Hex Wrench 1/4"
2086 - 10 Series Aluminum Hinge

We have our new A-Frame Sign assembled using our 10 Series Profile, the key component in holding this together is our extremely popular End Fastener PN 3381.

A super simple way to assemble this build, it requires a tap at the end of the bar and drilling an access hole using PN 6120 so you can slide in your Allen wrench PN 6030 to tighten down the fastener.

Once it was all assembled, we used our Hinge PN 2086 designed to be used with the 10 series profiles. Although a simple build, this uses fasteners that can be used in various styles of assemblies/builds. With this being fully assembled out of Aluminum Extrusion this build is ready for rain or shine!
